Our Leadership

Our proud owner, Saichelle McNeill, founded the business in 2016 in Charlotte and she brings over 12 years of manufacturing operations experience to the business. She is also Six Sigma green belt certified and is experienced in Lean and Kaizen principles. When not working she enjoys reading, knitting, and spending time with family. One of her most beloved pastimes is resting in her LaZyboy reclining chair! Oh, and did we mention that she loves doing laundry! McNeill also believes in giving others second chances and is a proud employer of people with criminal records who want to work but face structural barriers. She is committed to helping build a stronger and better community in Charlotte, NC.
