I’ve been really happy with the Washroom. Running a spa is stressful enough and they take laundry off my plate. I’ve been through a few different companies including the big name brands and finally found a company that just gets it. The customer service has always been exceptional! Saichelle is response and helpful when we have concerns or feedback about the service. If you have a business and need support with laundry I would highly recommend them!
I have had the opportunity to use this service I highly recommend A1 service if I could give this service 10 stars I would
Washroom laundry service is awesome! So polite and always on time.
Great servicio. They came to pica uñ a rug fir cleaning. We looked for a laundromat but nobody would clean it. It was returned fresh and clean
I love these people. They seriously care. If I message, I hear back quickly with an attitude of “how can we help you?”. Their work is excellent, especially with the many stains I send in, every time. If I need a rush, they figure out how to do that. And the icing on the cake for me is that this is a black woman-owned business. I love supporting her, and the fact that her company is the best makes that a win-win.
Super friendly and great service!
Amazing service, timely and professional. As a busy entrepreneur I like efficiency and technology with companies like this to make my life easier not harder. Doing laundry these days is not something I can prioritize so I greatly appreciate a business who cares and does the work better than I would.
I recently met the owner of WashRoom Laundry and was genuinely impressed by her dedication to customer service. It’s clear she goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are cared for. The attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care she shows really set this company apart.
We used Washroom when our washer broke and we were waiting on parts. And it makes me wish I could use them year round. We’ve used other services in the past, but our clothes from Washroom came back feeling SO soft, and with no strange smell. They were pressed and folded neatly and it was an overall super positive experience. I’ll definitely use them again!
I absolutely love the washroom laundry services! The prompt attention I receive when placing an order is unmatched. As the owner of Bees Housekeeping- cleaning company, having clean cloths is essential to getting our jobs done efficiently and, this company delivers every time. Their communication is top-notch, keeping you updated on your order from start to finish. I love being able to track exactly when my laundry is picked up and delivered. This service has truly taken a load off my plate!

Sachielle introduced us to this incredible service about four months ago, and Initially, we were hesitant because we have a household of 5 and a lot of clothes. After just a month, we were thoroughly impressed. The Washroom has transformed our routine, saving us so much time that we decided to pay for the next quarter immediately because of its undeniable convenience. They even handle my dry cleaning, allowing us to complete all our laundry without stepping outside. This service not only saves us precious time but also enables us to devote our attention to our children and grow our business. I highly recommend giving it a try! The WashRoom Charlotte was truly a lifesaver for our hotel operations in downtown Asheville, NC. Following the significant impact of Hurricane Helene, our hotel was left without water service, severely disrupting our ability to serve guests. The WashRoom team stepped in at a critical time, efficiently collecting all of our linens and returning them with an impressive turnaround. This prompt service enabled us to continue hosting first responders in the aftermath of the storm. Throughout the process, they maintained excellent communication, and their professionalism and courtesy were exceptional. We highly recommend The WashRoom for their reliable and top-tier service.
