Delivery Driver

The WashRoom Laundry Service Delivery Driver plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality customer experiences by handling the pickup and delivery of laundry and dry cleaning. This
position includes tagging and organizing customer items, supporting route planning, and maintaining a professional presence throughout the day.

• Ensure inventory matches delivery requirements prior to departure. 
• Follow set, scheduled route for daily deliveries. 
• Ensure products are delivered and/or picked up in a timely and professional manner. • Keep vehicle organized, clean, and tidy. 
• Tag, scan, and organize laundry and dry-cleaning items during and after pickup to  maintain order accuracy and tracking. 
• Use GPS or route mapping tools to determine and track efficient delivery paths. • Support route planning and updates with the operations team, especially during route  delays or client schedule changes. 
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle throughout the shift. 
• Confirm inventory accuracy at each stop and document discrepancies if needed. • Maintain delivery logs and paperwork, submitting them to the appropriate personnel at  the end of each shift.
• Refuel vehicle as needed and report any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly. • Always follow the rules of the road and maintain a safety-first mindset. • Provide outstanding customer service with a positive and professional attitude.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent. 
• Valid NC driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving and parking large delivery vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely and consistently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team. • Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or laundry services is a plus.
